Warranty & Repairs

Loop Original Owner Warranty 

Loop offers a 1 year unconditional warranty and a Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty only applies to the original owner of the product and must have been bought from either an authorised dealer or directly from the LOOP website. 

Within the first year of purchase we offer our One Year Unconditional, No Questions Asked Warranty. This comprehensive warranty covers almost anything that happens to the product during the first year of purchase – please note this excludes theft, loss or misplacement. (The replacement section will be free of charge. Shipping cost will apply.) 

After the first year, our warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or any damage resulting from the use of the product.   

This warranty does not cover any form of misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, theft, misplacement or any kind of modification to the product. Loop Original Owner Warranty coverage does not extend to any custom work.  

In case of product failure outside of the warranty (not due to manufacturing defects) repair or replacement parts will be offered for a fee. 

If we no longer offer the product (or its spare parts) in question, we reserve the right to determine if the product will be exchanged or upgraded to the closest comparable model for a fee. If the product is to be replaced, the whole product needs to be sent to the Loop, including broken parts or pieces. To be eligible for a replacement, you must be the Original Owner of the product, and a receipt or proof of purchase must be provided. 

Colours and components may vary between original and replacement parts. 

All warranties and service-related questions shall be communicated to service@looptackle.se. You might be asked to send the product to a Service Center.
